Saffron & Sage — Modern Indian kitchen

Where every evening feels unhurried

Seasonal Rajasthani produce, cooked over wood fire and plated with quiet care, in a candle-lit courtyard that invites you to linger.

Rooted in tradition, cooked with quiet curiosity

Chef Meera Rathore grew up on her grandmother's recipes and spent a decade cooking across the world before returning home. Saffron & Sage is the result — familiar flavours, reimagined gently.

Our menu changes with the seasons. We cook with what the farms around Jaipur offer that week, finishing every plate with a story you can taste.
